We are sure you will love your order, though if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights, will allow up to 30 days from receipt of goods for items to be returned to us with a valid receipt. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.

If your product is faulty or damaged in any way, we are happy either to refund in full or exchange, subject to our stock availability.

Unwanted items must be returned in an unworn and resalable condition. Please return your item in its original packaging and include the enclosed paperwork. Seal the box, attach the return sticker enclosed with your order to the outside of the box (essential) and post it back to us using a tracked or signed service (for UK: Royal Mail or Parcel Force). We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the loss of any return item and you must use a carrier where a tracking number can be issued.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and the cost of the original postage will not be reimbursed unless the item being returned is proven to be faulty. Please note, each product is checked and approved for sale at the point of despatch and any faulty product would need to be thoroughly investigated by our team before a refund is given.

We will contact you as soon as we have received the order back from you. Please allow up to fourteen working days from receipt of goods for the refund amount to show. We can only issue a refund to the same method used when paying for the order.

Please note that bespoke and customised purchases are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you prefer to exchange your item for another, subject to stock availability and being returned in an unworn and resalable condition, we would be happy to help. Simply follow the return process above and clearly mark as “Returned for exchanged” with a note of the item you wish to exchange it for. You will need to pay any difference in cost and the additional delivery cost.
